THE ICEBREAKER

SATURDAY JANUARY 15, 2011

MILTON, ONTARIO

EVENT UPDATES!

Once again there is no better way to prepare for the Salomon Dontgetlost.ca Snowshoe Raid than training at The IceBreaker. The Dontgetlost.ca IceBreaker is back for its second year and allows individuals, or teams to practice their race strategy, or to simply practice & learn better map & compass work. Salomon Dontgetlost.ca Snowshoe Raid organizer and elite Canadian adventure racer Bob Miller will be on hand for the duration of the event to provide navigational advice and training, and to review routes after the event. This year's event takes place on the same day as the new Adventure Racing Wrap-Up & Season Kick-Off Party hosted in Milton by our friends at Hark Events Inc. Click here for more information about the party, all are welcome.

1-hour Score-Orienteering (approx. distance 5-8K depending on route choice & snow conditions). This Score-Orienteering course will consist of a set number of check-points.
