TRAINING (Hamilton, ON)
To improve as an adventure runner, adventure racer, orienteer or trail runner one must be able to run faster and stronger in a variety of terrain. Therefore all the technical aspects adventure running that a participant could face during a race must be practiced.
Join Dongetlost Adventure Running members at our training sessions. We offer training opportunities three times a week from September to June.
To participate in this training you must purchase a Dontgetlost Adventure Running 'Adventure Card'.
THURSDAY NIGHT TRAINING (17:30)
Our main hills and tempo running session each week is Thursday Nite Training (TNT!) on Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm.
We meet at Chedoke Golf Course, the far end of the parking lot. To begin, we start with an easy jog down the Radial Trail to Dundurn St and back (so if you're late, just head on down the trail - we'll collect you on the way back), before we head to the workout location.
