TRAINING (Hamilton, ON)
To improve as an adventure runner, adventure racer, orienteer or trail runner one must be able to run faster and stronger in a variety of terrain. Therefore all the technical aspects adventure running that a participant could face during a race must be practiced.
All training exercises and directions will be stored in our Dropbox Folder.
To participate in this training you must purchase a Dontgetlost Adventure Running 'Adventure Card'. Once you do that, contact Patrick and he will provide you access to the Dropbox Folder for the duration of the Adventure Card.
This training oportunity rotates in the forests in southern Ontario. Training is open for a three week period. The more Dontgetlost Adventure Running members that volunteer the more training sessions we will have. At times we may have multiple training courses set-up while at others none will be available.
