TRAINING (Hamilton, ON)
To improve as an adventure runner, adventure racer, orienteer or trail runner one must be able to run faster and stronger in a variety of terrain. Therefore all the technical aspects adventure running that a participant could face during a race must be practiced.
Join Dongetlost Adventure Running members at our training sessions. We offer training opportunities three times a week from September to June.
To participate in this training you must purchase a Dontgetlost Adventure Running 'Adventure Card'.
KEITH FRENCH MEMORIAL TRAINING COURSE
The Keith French Memorial Training Course is an orienteering course that is open year round except for the months of May and June.
