To improve as an adventure runner, adventure racer, orienteer or trail runner one must be able to run faster and stronger in a variety of terrain. Therefore all the technical aspects adventure running that a participant could face during a race must be practiced.
Join Dongetlost Adventure Running members at our training sessions. We offer training opportunities three times a week from September to June.
To participate in this training you must purchase a Dontgetlost Adventure Running 'Adventure Card'.
SMT! (SATURDAY MORNING TERRAIN RUN)
We kick off the weekend with a long run, which includes forest and trails. We meet near the junction of Old Dundas Road and Lions Club Road near Sherman Falls in Ancaster at 8 am at the house of one of our club members. Each run is designed with short-cut loops so runners of all abilities can join in on the fun.
