The fundamental philosophy of TEAM DONTGETLOST is to develop well-rounded adventure running athletes in a supportive team environment. We bring together recreational and competitive athletes from the core adventure running sports of cros country running, trail running, orienteering and adventure racing with the purpose to continue to improve and compete to the best of their ability and potential.
TEAM DONTGETLOST is an athletic development and racing program for the sports of adventure running, cross country running, orienteering, trail running and adventure racing. TEAM DONTGETLOST is a group of adventure runners, adventure racers, cross country runners, trail runners and orienteers recognized across North America for their high level of integrity, sportsmanship and success as a team.
TEAM DONTGETLOST is designed for athletes at all levels who are dedicated to adventure running and one or more of the sports of adventure running, trail running, adventure racing, and orienteering and who want to continue to improve and compete to the best of their ability and potential.
TEAM DONTGETLOST athletes and coaches will draw from their core sports of trail running, adventure racing, and orienteering, and will work to promote the sport of adventure running at both recreational and competitive levels, within the Golden Horseshoe region and throughout Ontario. The program and its athletes and coaches will offer clinics, lessons and tips on adventure running and training for people of all ability levels. It will promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and encourage people to take up outdoor sports, particularly adventure running, trail running, orienteering, or adventure racing.
