With many thanks to the Hamilton Enrichment Fund from the City of Hamilton, we are happy to offer low cost, introductory navigation clinics for ALL AGES and ALL ABILITIES!

We'll are hosting beginner clinics, each 5 to 7 pm. One hour of instruction/practice followed by a one-hour run or walk.

LOCATIONS and DATES:

• Aug 26 - Heritage Green (in conjunction with our final Summer Series night)

• Sep 2 - Gage Park

• Sep 9 - Churchill Park (in conjunction with our September club MapRun)

• Sep 16 - Bayfront Park​
