Courses
Each week we will have a ~3km course. Depending on your running speed, courses can take anything from 15 minutes to an hour.
If you're a newcomer, this course will still be something you can complete. Every week we will have an experienced DGL volunteer on hand to give assistance and help get you started.
Timing
The course will use SI timing (with SI air enabled). We will have the club pool SI cards to borrow if you need.
Beginners
First time? Want to take part but nervous about trying something new?
Each session we will have a dedicated DGL veteran on site to get you on the right track. Just ask a registration!
